Your rights and AuctionWale's obligations:

1. Before Auction Listing:

   • Cancel within 48 hours: full refund of listing fee, minus minimal transaction charges.
   • After 48 hours and before bids begin: 50% refund of listing fee.

2. Post-Auction Listing:

   • No cancellation permitted after bidding opens.
   • Winning bidders may request refunds if bid is unsuccessful—full refund (minus Razorpay transaction fee, ~2–3%) issued within 7 business days.
   • AuctionWale facilitation fee refunded only if sale fails, at our discretion.

3. Non-Winning Bidders:

   • Advance payments/security deposits are fully refunded within 7 business days.

4. Partial Payments/Missed Deadlines:

   • Failure to comply with payment timelines may lead to forfeiture of deposit.

   • Contact support@auctionwale.com with transaction reference; processed via Razorpay.
