Eligibility: Must be 18+ and legally competent for auctions.
User Account: Accurate, current info required; changes must be updated immediately.
Auctions: We list both owner-initiated and bank/repo auctions; registered users may place bids, contingent on repaying required KYC and payment credentials via Razorpay.
Bidding & Payment: Winning bidders accept binds to auction terms. All payments go through Razorpay; property transfers upon full payment processed.
Fees: Listing fee upfront; facilitation fee upon sale; lots won include sale price, fees, and taxes.
Property “As-Is”: Sold in current physical and legal condition; users responsible for due diligence.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability: AuctionWale not liable for inaccuracies or delays in listings. Maximum liability excludes indirect or incidental damages.
Termination: We reserve rights to suspend accounts, block auctions for non-compliance or misuse.
Governing Law: Disputes subject to Maharashtra jurisdiction.
